| President: Jennifer Stockton, M.Ed., MBA, R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) Jennifer Stockton serves as FAHSE President and Health Sciences Coordinator at Marion Technical College. Her experience spans healthcare, education, and executive leadership, with expertise in program development, accreditation, faculty support, clinical partnerships, and workforce readiness. A registered Radiologic Technologist, Jennifer holds an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and an MBA in Strategic Management and is pursuing an Ed.D. in Leadership. She also serves on the FACTE Board of Directors, advocating for Florida’s Health Science educators and strong healthcare career pathways. |
| President-Elect: Lissa Bartle, RN Lissa Bartle, RN, has served as a Health Science Education instructor and HOSA advisor for 24 years. She currently teaches at Palm Harbor University High School in Palm Harbor, Florida. Throughout her career, Lissa has been passionate about curriculum development, supporting fellow educators, and creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare students for careers in healthcare. In addition to serving on the FAHSE Board, Lissa is the 2024–2025 President of the Health Science Educators Association, an affiliate of the National Consortium for Health Science Education. |
| Postsecondary Representative: Kozette “Kozy” Hubbard Kozette “Kozy” Hubbard is a paramedic and experienced educator whose career spans emergency medical services, secondary education, and postsecondary instruction. She served in the field with Polk County Fire Rescue for 20 years before joining the Medical and Fire Academy at Bartow High School, where she taught for 18 years. During that time, she also served as an adjunct instructor at Polk State College for 20 years. Kozy currently serves as a lead instructor at South Florida State College in the EMS, Fire Science, and Health Sciences departments. Her extensive industry and teaching experience enables her to advocate for strong postsecondary programs, effective workforce preparation, and meaningful connections between education and emergency services. |
| Secondary Representative: Sonja Christmas Sonja Christmas brings 20 years of experience teaching Health Science Education in Florida. Her instructional expertise includes Allied Health III, where students prepare for CNA and Basic Life Support certifications; Health Foundations, which supports Certified Medical Administrative Assistant certification; and Health Science I: Anatomy and Physiology. A dedicated mentor and educational leader, Sonja advises HOSA, SADD, and the senior class while coordinating student-engagement initiatives and professional development. She specializes in curriculum development, career guidance, and hands-on instruction, emphasizing clinical skills, industry partnerships, and pathways that prepare students for certification, college, and healthcare careers. |

| Treasurer: Tami Bradley, BA, RN, NCSN Tami Bradley is a registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience in oncology, cardiology, behavioral health, home health, and school nursing. She joined Seminole County Public Schools as a school board nurse and earned her National Certification in School Nursing. Tami currently serves as Department Chair for the Academy of Health Careers at Seminole High School in Sanford, Florida, where she enjoys bringing her clinical experience into the classroom as a Nursing Assisting instructor. Her diverse healthcare background helps students connect classroom learning with the expectations of patient care. She attended Northampton State College and St. Leo University. |
| Secretary: Heather Dray Heather Dray has been a registered nurse since 2007 and holds a BA in Political Science from Susquehanna University and a BSN from Kent State University. Her diverse career has included emergency and trauma care, intensive care, family medicine, pediatrics, international healthcare, pediatric oncology research at the National Institutes of Health, and service as a captain in the U.S. Army Reserve Nurse Corps. Heather now teaches nursing at the postsecondary level and is passionate about supporting students and strengthening health science education. |
