Presenter Proposal Form

We invited any CTE administrators, instructors, and even students to apply to speak at the 60th Annual Conference & Trade Show. Exhibitors are also invited to submit proposals, but slots will only be award to exhibitors who have purchase packages with speaking opportunities. The deadline to submit proposals is January 15, 2026.

FACTE Award Nomination Forms

Please note, you must be logged in to your FACTE membership account to access the nomination forms in the link above. All award nominations will be reviewed by the FACTE Awards Committee for completeness and for how they address the criteria stated on the nomination form. Incomplete nominations and nominations that do not address the criteria will not be considered. No personal contact information will be distributed through the project. The deadline to complete a nomination is May 1, 2026. 

For student awards that are open to both secondary and post-secondary students, FACTE will pick a winner for each level. 

Timeline of Events

November 5th - Presenter Proposal Form is Posted

December 1st - Exhibitor Registration and FACTE Award Nomination Forms Open

January 15th - Presenter Proposal Form Closes

January 23rd - FACTE Board convenes to finalize programming for the 60th Annual FACTE Conference & Trade Show

March 15th - Conference Program and Sponsors are announced

April 1st - Attendee Registration opens & hotel booking link becomes available

May 1st - Award Nomination Forms closes

June 1st - Attendee Registration closes

June 15th - Deadline to make cancellations or adjustments to registration
