• Please note that the concept pitch proposals are due no later than December 8, 2023 by 5:00 PM. Carefully read the workbook instructions.
• The 2023–2024 EUM Grant is for postsecondary programs in selected program clusters. The minimum request per pitch is $25,000, and the maximum is $250,000. Each concept pitch proposal must identify at least one program, with a maximum of three, that would be substantially affected.
• Include primary and secondary contact information when you submit your pitches.
• Please, no more than three pitches per agency. Complete a separate workbook for each pitch.
• If your agency is selected, you will receive additional RFA instructions for one of your concept pitch proposals. Funds must be used by June 30, 2024. There will be no amendments or extensions.

• Submit concept pitch proposals only to Perkins@fldoe.org.
